Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing myself to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.
“No-Show” Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts myself and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, I will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
When booking your next appointment after a no-show, a deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue to offer the possible service and availability to all my clients.
